The DX360LC-7B is designed for mining, large-scale civil works and general earthmoving where consistent production and machine reliability are essential. Key Performance and Design Features

The Scania DC09 engine delivers the power required for demanding excavation, while the reinforced undercarriage, extended with nine lower rollers, supports stability on slopes and uneven ground, providing strong lateral lifting force during heavy-duty operation. 

Ground-level maintenance access simplifies daily inspections, while the cooling system adjusts to operating conditions to support dependable uptime and better control of operating costs.  

The reinforced boom, arm, chassis and mining-type bucket are engineered to withstand harsh working conditions. Thicker structural components, wear-resistant materials and strengthened connection points help support reliable operation in abrasive environments.  

The operator’s cab combines improved all-round visibility, a colour LCD monitor and an adjustable air suspension seat to make long working hours more comfortable while helping the operator maintain awareness around the machine.

The DX360LC-7B’s fuel efficiency is driven by three coordinated systems. The Virtual Bleed Off (VBO) hydraulic system uses electronic sensors to generate hydraulic flow only when it’s needed, rather than running continuously, cutting fuel loss and internal wear while keeping the fast, familiar response operators expect. Smart Power Control (SPC) automatically identifies the working mode and adjusts engine RPM to deliver the right pump torque, while managing gear steps and speed settings to reduce unnecessary fuel use without added input from the operator. 

Tying it all together, the EPOS™ system keeps a constant, synchronized link between the engine and hydraulics via CAN communication, ensuring power is delivered exactly as needed. Together, these systems help the DX360LC-7B combine strong digging and loading performance with lower operating costs.
