Overview

The DX1000LC-7 is a heavy-duty crawler excavator designed for demanding mining, quarrying and mass excavation work. With an operating mass of 97,000–99,500 kg, a 5.4 m³ standard bucket and a Perkins 2806J engine producing 469 kW gross at 2,000 rpm, it is built to handle high-volume excavation and loading work where substantial machine capacity and power are required. Its heavy-duty undercarriage and reinforced front structure make it suited to tough, abrasive working environments where durability and productivity are critical.

Key Performance and Design Features

D-ECOPOWER+ hydraulic system calculates the pump flow required for each actuator, helping deliver faster hydraulic operation while avoiding unnecessary fuel loss. 

Smart Power Control (SPC3) adjusts engine speed, pump torque and hydraulic output according to working conditions, helping maintain productivity while improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions. 

Heavy-duty front and undercarriage use reinforced structures, large rollers and a heavy-duty sprocket to withstand demanding applications and abrasive materials. 

Operator environment combines a spacious cab, low noise and vibration, an air-suspension heated seat and 360° all-around view camera to support controlled, comfortable operation. 

Built For Your Bottom Line

Fuel consumption is managed through selectable work and power modes, automatic engine speed reduction and auto-idling functions. Maintenance is simplified through automatic greasing, accessible filters, centralised fuel filtration and a reversible cooling fan that helps clear dust from the radiator and oil cooler. These systems reduce maintenance effort and help limit avoidable downtime.
